It's been a long five hundred or so days since our last free tour of Dublin, the unforeseen break bringing a halt to tourism and an eerie silence to the city's streets. Thankfully, we are ecstatic to now be able to fill the air with the sound of laughter, knowledge and passion once again as we have recommenced our free walking tours in Dublin city.
When is the free tour of Dublin running?
The Free walking tour of Dublin is every day at 11AM, starting from our meeting point in front of the Old Storehouse bar, 3 Crown Alley, Temple Bar, Dublin 2. We also offer our Dublin free tours in Spanish on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, also at 11AM from the same meeting point.
You can book your spot on the free tour of Dublin here. Booking is free, and you'll receive an immediate booking confirmation by email.
Are there any restrictions on the Dublin free tour?
Due to current COVID19 guidelines, we will be operating at a reduced capacity to allow for appropriate social distancing on the free tour of Dublin. For this reason, advance booking is highly recommended as we cannot guarantee availability to those arriving for the tour without a booking.
Is there anything I need to know about doing Dublin tours now?
Our free tour is conducted entirely outdoors, however you will require a face mask or covering should you choose to enter any premises during the break on the walking tour. We do have a short break in a local pub midway through the tour, so if you wish to join the group inside, a face covering is required according to current regulations.
We also ask you to be mindful of appropriate social distancing on the free tour, allowing space between you / your party and other participants as well as your local tour guide.
Contactless payment is facilitated on our free tours of Dublin where possible, so you can safely pay your guide what you feel the tour was worth at the end.
We look forward to seeing you back on the streets of Dublin for our unbeatable free tours. Until then, safe travels!
