Dublin City has a myriad of Victorian parks, Georgian squares, small cobbled streets, a lengthy boardwalk, historical graveyards and the famous Phoenix Park, the largest urban park in Europe; all of which is rendered completely useless when it's raining here, and it rains pretty regularly. While any local will tell you Dublin is the best city in the world when the sun is shining, that may be of little comfort to you should you find yourself at the mercy of a rainy day in Dublin.
